Gydeson, A. E. Anderson, end H. L. Sublstt, filed with Lhe Couatq Clark on March 18th, 1940,
asking the Court to establish a Eriird aloes public road 30 feet in width from a Point da Went
line of Whdeenhunt lands xhere it intersects with South line of Highway No. 39, to Cattle
Gnard, in Precinct No. 4 of Kerr County, Tozas, end it appearing to the Court proper notices
of the filing of said petition were legally posted at three public pYaaea and for the length
of time required by lnw, and that no ob~eoLioa hoe been made to the Court to the estaDllehmen
of said road, sad that all the land owners over whose property said road runs have agreed to
donate the required right of way yherefor end are waiving all claims for damages that may be
