Colleotor is entitled to the expenditures of ell the items therein listed, said report be and
is hereby approved for the full amount by the Court.

This 6th day of May, A. D. 1940, 'came oa to be examined and audited by the Court, the
claim and account Piled against Commissioners' Precinct No. 3, of Kerr County, Texas, for the
payment of 1 Used Bucket Conveyor and 1 Uaed Austin Western 9" z 16" Rook Crusher, for the
sum of !$921.75, and which said account was approved by the Court for payment by the County
Clerk in the amount above stated out R. & B. No. 3, Fund as shown, by the minutes of accounts
jallowad for Kerr County, Teass, which ere made a part of this order.
