Collector is entitled to the expenditures of ell the items therein listed, said report be and

This 6th day of May, A. D. 1940, came on to be examined and audited by the Court, the
claim and account filed against Commissioners' Precinct No. 3, of Kerr County, Tezea, for the
.payment of 1 Used Bucket Conveyor and 1 Uaed Austin Woatarn 9" z 16" Rook Crusher, for the
sum of X921.75, and which said account wen approved by the Court for payment by the County
Clerk in the amount above stated out R. & B. No. 3, Fund es shown, by the minutes of accounts
allowed far Karr County, Texas, which are made a part of this order.
