This 13th day oP May, A. D. 1940, came on to be examined by the Court the monthly expense
report of E. B. Nichols, Taa Assessor and Colleotor for the month of April, 1940, showing an
actual and necessary eapensa oP $112.91, incurred by him in the conduct of hie office during
said month of April, 1940, and it appearing to the Court that said Tax Assessor and Collector
is entitled to Lha expenditures of all Lhe items therein listed, said report be and is hereby
approved for the full amount by the Court.

N0. 2220. APPROVAL OF REPORT OF JUSTICE OF THE PEACE, PRECINCT N0. 1, APRIL.
On this the 13th day oP b;ay, A. D. 1940, came on to be examined end audited by the Court
the report of Bob Bennett, Justice oP the Peace of Preainet No. 1 of Kerr County, Texas, for
the month of April, 1940, of Criminal fees filed, fines, fudgment and fury fees collected aho
ing the sum of $187.45 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer, entitling him to,
according to said report, a Pea of $62.00, and it appearing to the Court that said report is
correct, same be and is hereby approved, and the County Clerk and County Treasurer are there-
fore authorized end directed to pay unto Justice Bennett the said sum of $42.00 as Pollowa:
X8.50 out of the General Fund cad X33.50 out of the Road sad Bridge Fund.

This 14th day of May, A. D. 1940, name on to be examined and audited by the Court the
quarterly report of E. Gold, County Treasurer, covering the receipts and disbursements of Kerr
County for quarter ending April 30th, 1940, and it appearing to the Court after careful and
thorough eaamination and inspection oP said report together with the cancelled warrants, check ,
bonds and coupons acoompanyiag same, that said report is true and correot, Sn every respect,
and same be and 1s-hereby approved in open Court, all as is shown by the Certificate of Approv
al signed by the Court and attached thereto, and the County Clerk shall record said report in
the loose-leaf record in hie office and Yile suoh cancelled warrants, ohecks, bonds and cou-
pone in hie office for safe-keeping and future reference.
