This 13th day oP May, A. D. 1940, came on to be examined by the Court the monthly expense
report of E. H. Nichols, Tea Assessor and Colleotor for the month of April, 1940, showing an
actual and necessary expense of $112.91, incurred by him in the cbnduet of his office during
said month of April, 1940, and it appearing to the Court that said Tax Assessor and Collector
is entitled to the expenditures of sll the itama therein listed, said report be and is hereby
approved for the full amount by the Court.

On this the 13th day of hay, A. D. 1940, came on to be examined and audited by the Court
the report of Bob Bennett, Justice oP the Peace of Preoinet No. 1 of Kerr County, Texas, for
the month of April, 1940, of Criminal fees filed, fines, judgment and jury fees collected sho•
ing the sum of X187.45 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer, entitling Lim to,
accordin6 to said report, a Pee of $82.00, and it appearing to the Court that said report is
correct, same be end is hereby approved, and the County Clerk and County Treasurer are there-
fore authorized and directed to pay unto Justioe Hennett the said sum of X42.00 sa follows:
X8.50 out of the General Fund and $33.50 out of the Road and Bridge Fund.

of John R. Leavell, County Clerk, covering all fines imposed, judgments rendered end jury Pees
collected in the County Court of Kerr County, for quarter ending April 30th, 1940, and it
appearing to the Court after careful audit of said report that same is correct, and said repor
is approved by the Court accordingly.

quarterly report of E. Cdld, County Trees urer, covering the receipts and disbursements oP Kerr
County for quarter ending April 30th, 1940, and it appearing to the Court after careful and
thorough eaemination and inapeotion of said report together with the cancelled warrants, check ,
Donda and coupons acoompanying same, that said report 1a true and correct, in every respect,
sad same be and is~hereby approved in open Court, all ea is shown by the Certificate of Approv
al signed by the Court and attached thereto, and the County Clerk shall record said report in
the loose-leaf record in hie office and file such cancelled warrants, checks, bonds end~cou-
pone 1n hie offiao for safe-keeping and future reference.
