the report of Bob Bennett, Justice of the Peace of Preoinet No. 1 oP Kerr County, Teaas, Por
the month oP April, 1940, of Criminal fees filed, Pines, fudgment and fury fees collected aho~
ing the sum of $189.45 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer, entitling hir¢ to,
according to said report, a fee of $62.00, and it appearing to the Court that said report is
aorrect, same ba and is hereby approved, end the County Clerk and County Treasurer are there-
fore authorized and directed to pay unto Justice Bennett the said sum op $42.00 as follows:
X8.50 out of the General Fund and X33.50 out of the Road and Bridge Fund.

quarterly report of E. Gold, County Treasurer, covering the receipts and disbursements of Kerr
County for quarter ending April 30th, 1940, and it appearing to the Gourt after careful and
thorough eaamination and inspection of said report together with the oencelled warrants, check ,
bonds and coupons aeoompanying same, that said report 1a true and correct, in every respect,
sad same be and is_hereby approved in open Court, all as is shown by the Certificate of Appro
al signed by the Court and attached thereto, and the County Clerk shall record said report in
the loose-leaf record in his office and file sash cnncelled warrants, shacks, bonds end oou-
pone in hie offioe for safe-keeping and future reference.
