actual and necessary eapense oP $112.91, 3neurred by him in the conduct of his office during
said month of April, 1940, and it appearing to the Court that said Tax Assessor end Collector
1s entltled to the expenditures of all the items therein liatod, said report be and is hereby
approved for the full amount by the Court.

the month of April, 1940, of Criminal fees filed, Pines, Judgment and Jury fees collected sho~
ing the sum of $187.45 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer, entitling him to,
according to said report, a Pee of $42.00, and it appearing to the Court that said report is
correct, flame be and is hereby approved, and the County Clerk and County Treasurer are there-
fore authorized and directed to pay unto Juatioa Hennett the said sum of ;42.00 as Po llowa:
X8.50 out of the General Fund and $33.50 out of the Rosd end Bridge Fund.
