This 13th day oP May, A. D. 1940, came on to be examined by the Court the monthly expense
report of E. H. Nichols, Taa Assessor and Collector for the month of April, 1940, showing an
actual and necessary eapense of $112.91, incurred by him in. the conduct of his office during
said month of April, 1940, and it appearing to the Court that said Tax Assessor and Collector
is entitled to the expenditures of ell the items therein listed, said report be and is hereby
approved for the Pull amount by the Court.

On this the 13th day of May, A. D. 1940, came on to De eaamined and audited by the Court
the report oP Bob Bennett, Justice oP the Peace of Precinct No. 1 of Kerr County, Texas, for
the month of April, 1940, of Criminal fees filed, fines, judgment and fury fees collected sho•
ing the sum of X187.45 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer, entitling him to,
according to said report, a Yee of $42.00, and it appearing to the Court that said report is
correct, same be and is hereby approved, and the County Clerk and County Treasurer are there-
fore authorized and direoted to pay unto Justice Bannatt the said sum of $42.00 as Yollowa:
X8.50 out of the General Fund and X33.50 out of the Road and Bridge Fund.

Thia 14th day of May, A. D. 1940, Oame on to be examined and audited by the Court the
quarterly report of E. Gold, County Treasurer, covering the receipts and disbursements oP Kerr
County for quarter ending April 30th, 1940, and it appearing to the Court after careful and
thorough eaamination and inspection of said report together with the cancelled warrants, check ,
bonds and coupons adoompanying same, that said report ie true and correct, in every respect,
sad same be and is-hereby approved in open Court, all as is shown by the Certificate of Approv
al signed by the Court and attached thereto, and the County Clerk shall record said report in
the loose-leaf record Sn his office and file such cancelled warrants, ohecka, bonds and cou-
pons in hie office Por safe-keeping and future reference.
