This 14th day of May, A. D. 1940, came on to be examined by the Court the quarterly
report of Ceo. M. Doyle, District Clerk of Kerr County, covering fines imposed, ~udgme nts
rendered and fury fees collected in the District Court of Kerr County for quarter ending
April 30th, 1940, which report shows the collection and deposit with the County Treasurer of
$100.00, and which report appearing correct be and is hereby approved.

N0. 2229. EXAMINATION OF ASSESSMENT INVENTARIES BY THE COURT AS BOARD OF EQIIALIZATION.

as required by law, the Court with all members present prooeeded to eaemine and inspect the
inventories of tax assessments for 1940 rendered by the various Lax payers of the County or

assessed against them by the Tax Assessor, E. H. Nichols, and it appearing to the Court that
each and all of said tax assessments are satiafaotory, same be end are hereby approved by the '
Court sitting ea a board of equali¢ation, and the Taa Assessor is hereby directed to proceed
xith the preparation of the 1940 State and County Tax rolls eocordingly.

N0. 2230. TEMPORARY ALLOWANCE FOR WESLEY BABINEAIIX
This the 'L2nd daq of May, 1940, came on to be considered by the Court the application of
Wesley Babineaux for finanaial aid, and it appearing to the Court that said applicant is in
need of financial aid. It Ss therefore ordered by the Court that the said Wesley Babineauz
be and he is hereby allowed the sum oY $6.00 to be paid on tkcis 22nd day of May, 1940, and
thereafter the sum of $8.00 monthly beginning Suno 16th, 1940, end F~ the sum of $8.00 on
the 15th day oP each and every month thereafter, same to be paid out of the General Fund,
until further notice of this Court, to be paid to him by regular warrant issued by, the County
Clerk on the County Treasurer.

of Kerr County. and it appearing to the Court that the reasons set out in said Certificate fo
