EXAMINATION OF ASSESSMENT INVENTORIES BY THE COURT AS BOARD OF EQIIaLIZATION. This 22nd day of May, 1940, after each member of the Court having Pirat taken the oath as required by law, the Court with all members present proceeded to eaemine and inspect the inventories of tea asseasmenta for 1940 rendered by the various tea payers of the County or assessed against them by the Tax Assessor, E.. H. Nichols, and it appearing to the Court that each and all oP said tax assessments are satlafaotory, same be and are hereby approved by the Court sitting ea a board of equali¢ation, and the Tea Assessor is hereby directed to proceed with the preparation of the 1940 State and County Tax rolls accordingly. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 2290. TEMPORARY ALLOWANCE FOR WESLEY BABINEAITX. This the 22nd day of May, 1940, came on to be considered by the Court the applicatlon of V7ealey Babineaux for financial aid, and it appearing to the Court that said applicant is in need of financial aid. It is therefore ordered by the Court that the said Vdesley Babineaua ba and he is hereby allowed the sum ox $6.00 to be paid on this 22nd day of May, 1940, and thereafter the sum of $8.00 monthly beginning June 16th, 1940, and e~+ the sum of X8.00 on the 15th day of each and every month thereafter, same to ba paid out of the General Fund, until further notice oP thla Court, to be paid to him by regular warrant issued by, the County Clark on the County Treasurer. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 2231.
