Atkins, County Tudge, Henry Eckstein, Commissioner, Precinct No. 1, D. D. Beard, .. Commissioner, Precinct No. 2, Wm. Karger, Commissioner, Precinct No. 3, T. J. Moore, .. EXAMINATION OF ASSESSMENT INVENTORIES BY THE COURT AS BOARD OF EQUALIZATION. This 22nd day of May, 1940, after each member of the Court having first taken the oath as required by law, the Court with all members present proceeded to eaamine and inspect the inventories of taz asaeasmenta for 1940 rendered by the various tea payers of the County or assessed against them by the Tax Assessor, E.. H. Nichols, and it appearing to the Court .that each and all of said tax assessments are satisfactory, same be and are hereby approved by the ' Court sitting sa aboard of equalization, and the Tea Assessor is hereby directed to proceed with the preparation of the 1940 State end County Tax rolls eocordingly. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 2290. TEMPORARY ALLOWANCE FOR WESLEY BABINEAIIX. This the 22nd day of May, 1940, came on to be oonsidered by the Court the application oP Wesley Babineaux for finanaial aid, and it appearing to the Court that said applicant is in need of financial aid. It is therefore ordered by the Court that the said Vdesley Babineaux be and he 1s hereby allowed the sum oY X6.00 to be pald on this 22nd day of Msy, 1940, and thereafter the sum oP $8.00 monthly beginning June 18th, 1940, and e~•. the sum of $8.00 on the 15th day oP each end every month thereafter, same to be paid out of the General Fund, until further notice of this Court, to be paid to him by regular warrant issued by, the County Clerk on the County Treasurer. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 2231.
