rendered and fury fees collected in the District Court of Kerr County for quarter ending
April 30th, 1940, which report shows the collection and deposit with the County Treasurer of
$100.00, and which report appearing correct be and is hereby approved.

N0. 2229. EXAMINATION OF ASSESSMENT INVENTORIES BY THE COURT AS BOARD OF EQUALIZATION.
This 22nd day of May, 1940, .afEer each member of the Court having first taken the oath
as required by law, the Court with all members present proceeded to eaamine and inspect the
inventories of tea asaeasments for 1940 rendered by the various tea payers of the County or
assessed against them by the Tax Assessor, E,. H, Nichols, and it appearing to the Court that
each and all of said tax assessn;ents nre satisfactory, same be and ere hereby approved by the '
Court sitting ea a board of equalization, and the Taa Assessor is hereby directed to proceed
with the preparation of the 1940 State and County Taa rolls accordingly.

N0. 2230. TEMPORARY ALLOWANCE FOR WESLEY BABINEAUX
This the 22nd day of May, 1940, came on to be considered by the Court the application of
Wesley Babineeux for financial aid, and it appearing to the Court that said applicant is in
need of financial aid. It is therefore ordered by the Court that the said '~~esley Babineaux
be and he is hereby allowed the sum o#' $6.00 to be paid on this 22nd day of May, 1940, and
thereafter the sum of $8.00 monthly beginning Juna 13th, 1940, and e~ the sum oP $8.00 on
the 15th day of each end every month thereafter, same to be paid out of the General Fund,
until further notice of this Court, to be paid to him by regular warrant issued by, the County
Clerk on the County Treasurer.

N0. 2231. CERTIFICATE OF CANCELLATION N0. 31.
This the 22nd day of May, A. D. 1940, came on to be eaamined by the Court Certificate
of Cancellation, Collector's Number 31, presented to the Court by E. H. Nichols, Tax Collecto
of Kerr County, end it appearing to the Court that the reasons set out in said Certificate fo
the Cancellation of the taxes therein listed are good end sufficient, it is therefore ordered
'So'3 by the Court that said Certificate be granted end signed by the County Judge.

N0. 2233. TRANSFER OF $5,000.00 FROM R. & B. FUND TO GENERAL FUND.
This 10th day of June, A. D. 1940, the County Tr ee surer of Kerr County be end is riereby
authorized and direo tad to transfer the sum of $5,000.00 from the Road and Bridge Fund bf
' Kerr County to the General Fund of Kerr County, to take care of the present overdraft end also
for the future payment of bills to be filed and paid out of the Cenerel Fund.

N0. 2234. APPORTIONMENT OF $5,000.00 OF THE GENERAL ROAD & BRIDGE FUND OF KERR COUNTY.

of the unapportioned Road & Bridge Funds of Kerr County, be hereby apportioned and credited
