This 10th day of June, 1940, under and by virtue oP agreement made between Commieaionere
Wm. %arger and D. D. Beard in open Court, it ie ordered by the Court that Lhe County Clerk
transfer the sum of X2,500.00 from Road District No. 3 Available Fund to the•Road and Bridge
Fund of Precinct No, 2, same representing a loan made for the purpose of helping said Prec inet.~
No, 2 in purchasing a No. 112 Caterpillar Ceaoline Tandem Drive Motor Grader from the Wm. K.
Holt -dachinery Company. Said Loan to bear interest at the rate of 3}9'o per annum, rote rest
payable each year when the principal of said loan falls due. The principal of said loan is
due end payable in two equal annual installments of =1250.00, the first installment being due
and payable at the April Term, 1941 and the second and lest installment being due and payable
at the April Term, 1942, of this Court re apeotively. And the Covntq Treasurer of Rerr County
be and he is hereby authorized and directed by the Court to transfer the sum of $2,500.00 from
the Road District No. 3 Available Fund to Road end Bridge Fund of Preo inet No. 2, and the
County Clerk shall charge said R. D. No. 3 Fund Available with said X2,500.00 so transferred o
the books of his otflc e.
