Wm. Karger end D. D. Beard in open Court, it is ordered by the Court that the County Clerk
. transfer the sum of $2,500.00 from Road District No. 3 Available Fund to the~Road anfl Bridge
Fund of Preciaot No. 2, same representing a loan made for the purpose of helping said Preo inct
No. 2 in purchasing s No. 112 Caterpillar Gasoline Tandem Drlve irtotor Grader from the Ylm. K.
Holt -~1aehinery Company. Said Loan to bear interest at the rate of 396 per annum, interest
payable sash year when the prine ipal of sa ld loan Zalls due. The principal of ea id loan Ss
due and payable is two equal annual installments of $1250.00, the first installment being due
and payable at the April Term, 1941 and the second end last installment being due end payable
at the Apr11 Term, 1942, of this Court respectively. Aafl the County Treasurer of Kerr County
be and he Ss hereby authorized and directed by the Court to transfer the sum of $2,500.00 from
the Road Distrlot No. 3 Available Fund to Road and Bridge Fund of Preoinct No. 2, and the
County Clerk shall charge said R. D. No. 3 Fund Available with said $2,500.00 so transferred o
the books of his offioe.
