. transfer the sum of $2,500,00 from Road District No. 3 Available Pund to the~Road and Bridge
Fund of Prec inot No. 2, same representing a loan made for the purpose of helping said Precinct
No. 2 in purchasing a No. 112 Caterpillar Gasoline Tandem Drive Motor Grader from the Yfm. %.
Holt Machinery Company. Said Loan to bear interest at the rate of 3~fo per annum, interest
payable eaoh year when the prina ipal of said loan fella due. The prinoipal of said loan is
due and payable 1a two equal annual installments of $1E50.00, the first installment being due
and payable at the April Term, 1941 and the second and last installment being due and payable
at the April Term, 1942, of this Court re apeotively. And the Covnty Treasurer of %err County
be and be is hereby authorized end diraoted by the Court to transfer the sum of $2,500.00 from
the Road District No. 3 Available Fund to Aoad and Bridge Fund of Precinct No. 2, and the
County Clerk shall charge said R. D. No. 3 Fund Available with said $2,500.00 so transferred o'.
