said report to a fee of $38.00, end it appearing to the Court that said report is correct,
same be and ie hereby approved, and the County Clerk and County Treasurer are therefore auth-
orized and directed to pay unto Justice Bennett the said sum of $36.00 as follows: $4.80 out
of the Road and Bridge Fund and $31.20 out of the General Fund.
