This 9th day oP September, 1940, came on to be eaemined and audited by the Court the
report of Bob Bennett, Juatloe of the Peace Precinct No. 1 of Kerr County, for the month of
August, 1940, of Criminal Feae filed, Pines, judgment and fury fees collected showing the
sum of X38.80 collected and dapoeited with the County Treasurer, entitling him according to
said report to a fen of X36.00, and it appearing to the Court that said report ie correct,
same be and ie hereby approved, end the County Clerk and County Treasurer are therefore auth-
orized and directed to pay unto Juatiae Bennett the said sum of X36.00 as follows: x4.80 out
of the Road and Bridge Fund end $31.20 out of the General Fund.
