eerviae requirements imposed on Kerr County by the State Budget for period Prom January let,
1941 to December 31st, 1941, end it appearing to the Court that the aeaumption by the County
of '1,380.00 of said aura ing service ezpenae ea provided thereunder 1e in all raspeats reason
able and satiefaotory to the Court.
Said budget Se therefore accepted sad adopted by the Court, end the County Clerk be and
Sa hereby authorized end directed to pay the x480.00 annual oeah salary unto the County Publ1
Realth Nurse for Kerr County in twelve monthly installments of $40.00 each out of the Ce nerel
Fund, lama to be paid unto her at end of each month's ee rvioe beginning January let, 1941.
All bills covering any part of said nurse's x800.00 annual travel allowance or her $300.00
annual contingent allowance shall be approved by th is Court from term to term and then paid
by the County Clerk out of the General Fund.
It being understood by the Court that said County Publ is Health Nursing service is
herein continued for another year ea herein provided, upon the eapresa nondition and agree-
ment with the Trustees of the Kerrville Independent Sohool Dlatriot, that Kerr County advance
and pay for sgld service Prom month to month but that the whole expense incurred shall be
shared and paid for in equal proportions by the County and said Kerrville Independent Sohool
Diatriot, sad said Sohool diatr ict agrees to reimburse the County for its half oP said eapena
by payment thereof to the County Tre aeurer on demand.

N0. 2286. CONTINUATION OF EMPLOYMENT OF COUNTY CASE WORK FOR SIX MONTHS.
On this 9th day of September, A. D. 1940, came oa to be oonaidered by the Court the
Continuation of the employment of Mr a. Pearl Granes, ae County Ceae Worker on help time beats
ae recommended by the County of Kerr, and it appearing to the Court that it 1s to the beat
interest of the tax-payers and the County 1n Oenerel that the servioea~oY Bald case worker be
continued for eta months, from the 17th day of September, 1940, provided the City of Kerrvill
will contribute ea much ae x225.00 towards the expense and operatlon of the relief office.
Accordingly, it Sa hereby ordered by the Court that the relief ofPlce of Kerr County,
with Mrs. Pearl Cranes, sa County Cese Worker be operated for aiz mohtha, 2rom the 17th day
of September, 1940, at the eapanss of Kerr County on the same basis as same is now operated,
with the except ion that if the City of Kerrville does not part So Spate in the expenditures of
the operation of seld Relief OfYiae in the sum of x225.00 as above stated this order to be
null and void.
