GRANTING APPLICATION TO CITY OF KERRVILLE TO LAY WATER AND CAS LINE TO SCOTT SCHREZ . On this the 26th day of September, A. D. 1940, came on to be heard end considered the application of the Clty of Kerrville, for the right to lay Water and Gas Linea from the City Limits to the Soott Schreiner Homestead located on the Harper Road or Highway, said Water and Gas Line to be laved on the North East side of the Harper Road, in the ditch, with the express understanding thgt the City of Kerrville agrees to be reapona able for any and all damages to the Road or Ditch involved to lay its water and gas lines. The City of Kerrville further agrees to be responsible for any and all damages that may eoarue to any private person or
