authorized end directed to transfer the sum of '$7.32 from the Ceneral Fund to the Kerr County
Wide Road Bonds of 1931 Sinking Fund to re-imbur se said Sinking Fund Por over-payment of
Assessor's Commission out of said Sinking Fund.

final nett lament by Kerr County of $501.87 for hie 1940 County Taz Assessor's Commissions,
and it appearing to the Court that he is entitled to such settlement, his application be and
is hereby granted, and the County Clerk is hereby authorized end directed to pay such final
settlement unto Assessor Nichols ea follows: $73.80 out of the Jury Fund, $16.98 out of the
General Fund, $122.91 out of the Road and Hridge Fund and $288.38 out of Road District No.
1 Sinking Fund.

On this the 26th day of September, A. D. 1940, came on to be heard and considered the
application of the City of Kerrville, for the right to lay Water and Gas Lines Yrom the City
Limits to the Scott Schreiner Homestead located on the Harper Road or Highway, said Water and
Cae Line to be layed on the North East side of the Harper Road, in the ditch, with the express
understanding thgt the City oY Kerrville agrees to be reapons able for any and all damages to
the Roafl or Ditch involved to lay its water and gas lines. The City of Kerrville further
