No. 2290. TRANSFER OF 17.32 FROM GENERAL FUND TO KERR COUNTY WIDE ROAD BONDS OF 1931 SINKING
FUND.
Th 1s 26th day of September, 1940, the County Treasurer of Kerr County be and is hereby
authorized and directed to transfer the sum of "$7.32 from the Cenerel Fund to the Kerr County
Wide Road Bonds of 1931 Sinking~Fund to re-imbur se said Sinking Fund for over-payment of
Assessor's Commission out of said Sinking Fund.

authorized and directed to transfer the sum of $129.36 from the General Fund to the Court
House and Jall Sinking Fund to re-imburse said Sinking Fund for over-payment of Assessor+s
Commission out of said Sinking Fund.

This 26th day of September, p. D. 1940, came on to be considered by the Court the appli-
cation of E. H. Nichols, Assessor and Collector oP Taxes for Kerr County, for the Pull and
final settlement by Kerr County of $501.87 Por his 1940 County Taz Assessor+s Commissions,
and it appearing to the Court that he is entitled to such settlement, h1a application be and
is hereby granted, and the County Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to pay such final
settlement unto Assessor Nichols as follows: $73.60 out oP the Jury Fund, $16.98 out of the
General Fund, $122.91 out of the Road end Bridge Fund and $288.38 out of Roed District No.
1 Sinking Fund.

On this the 26th day oP September, A. D. 1940, came on to be heard and considered the
application of the City of Kerrville, Por the right to ley Water and Gas Lines Prom the City
Limits to the Scott Schreiner Homestead located on the Harper Road or Highway, said Water and
Cas Line to be layed on the North East side of the Harper Road, in the ditch, with the express
understanding thgt the City of Kerrville agrees to be reapons ibis for any and all damages to
the Road or Ditch involved to lay its water end gas lines. The City oP Kerrville further
