APPLICATION OF HERM. SCHULZE FOR SUIT-CLAIM DEED TO PART OF OLD RURAL ROUTE ROAD. This 14th day of October, A. D. 1940, came on to be considered the application of Herm. Schulze for the execution and delivery to him by Kerr County of a quit-claim deed covering a strip of land described as follows, to-wit: All that certain traot or parcel of land lying and being situated in the County of Kerr, State of Texas, on the waters of the Guadalupe Rive: out of original Survey No. 70, in the name of W. T. Crook, and being the S. W. end oŁ that strip of land conveyed to the County of Kerr, by deed of record in Vol. 34, Page 533, Deed Records oP Kerr County, Texas, described by metes and bounds as follows, torwit: Beginning at the South or S, E. corner oP said Sur. No. 70 on the river bank. Thence N. 45 E. 93 varas with S. E. line of said Sur. No. 70, to s large L. 0. tree marked _ at 141 varas for corner. Thence N. 45 W. 15 feet for corner in N. W. line of said strip. Thence S. 45 W. 141 varas to the bank of said river. Thence S. 45 E. down said river 15 Peet to the place of beginning, containing about 1/10 of an acre of land, more or less. And it aFPearing to the Court that said above described parcel of land 1s of no use to Kerr County and that same should be quit- claimed to said Herman Schulze.
