N0. 2296. APPLICATION OF R. R. TIPPIT TO EMPLOY RODSMAN.
On this the 14th day of October, A. D. 1940, came on to be heard the application of R. R.
Tippit to employ a Rodsman at a salary of $1.50 per day, said sum to be paid by the respective
land owners by whom he is employed for the purposes of tesrac ing, and the latxi owners also to
furnish a marker, and it appearing to the Court that it is necessary to employ said Rodsman.
It Sa therefore ordered and deoread by the Court that the said R. R. Tippit employ said
Rodsman at a salary of 1.50 per day and that the land owners are to pay said Rodsman for
the purposes of terracing and said land owners are also to furnish a marker at their own exnen

Consolidated Road Diatr iet No. 2, 4~ bonds, due in 1964 and 1965 for 5 ?'1W0.00 Kerr County
Court House end Jail Bonds, 5~ bonds, due 1 Sn 1984, 2 in 1965, and t Sa 1966, said bonds now
being owned by said School Fund, and ad~ustme nt of interest at date of delivery.
