D. 1940, came on to be heard the application of R. R. Tippit to employ a Rodsman at a salary of $1.50 per day, said sum to be paid by the respective land owners by whom he is employed for the purposes of tesrac ing, and the latxi owners also to furnish a marker, and it appearing to the Court that it is necessary to employ said Rodsman.
