sum of X63.08 oolleated and deposited with the County Treasurer, eatitling him aoaording to sa
report to a fee of X54.00, and it appearing to the Court that said report ie correct, same be
and is hereby approved, and the County Clerk and County Treasurer era therefore authorized sad
directed to pay unto Juatioe Bennett the said sum of $54.00 sa follows: #4.00 out of the
Road and Bridge Fund and X50.00 out of the General Fund.
