County, Tezea, in regular session on this, the 9th day of December, 1940, that the State
Highway Department will order a looation made on Highway N4. ~d, from End of SP 291-3-3 (South
of Kerrville - end of pavement) to Bandera County line proxlde4 ffierr County, through its
Cammiaalonera' Court, agrees and obligates itself before looation la made to fulfill the
following requirements, on looation approved by the 6t ate Highway Department, without coat to
the Bt ate: (1) provide clear tit to to a minlpaum of 80 Soot righQ-of-way, including staaAing
timber, with title in the name of the State of Tesee; (2) ramuve all ppatruoLions and enaropoh
