APPROVAL OF BONDS AND :`UALIFICATIONS OF OFFICERS.
This the 13th day of January, A. D. 1941, came on to be ezemined by the Court the official
bonds of the following named ofPioers, elected for Kerr County end its various preaiAdts,
at the November Election, 1940, and it appearing to the Court that eaoh and all of said bonds
are good and sufficient, and that each of said bonds should be approved by the Court.
Therefore, upon motion duly made, aeoonded end unanimously adopted, said booms and each
of them be and are hereby approved by the Court, and eaoh of said offiaere are hereby direct-
ed to take the property oath or oaths of office as required by law, and all of said bonds
shall be recorded by the County Clerk in the proper reoord of hie office, to-wit:

Thin 13th day of January, 1941, came on to be considered by the Court the provisions of
Sancta B111 No. 5, Chapter 465, passed at First Cal lad Session of the 44th Legislature, pre-
scribing comp en action of District, County and Preoinot officers, and it appearing to the Court
that it is to the beat interest of Kerr County and its officers that ell of the District,
County and Precinct officers of Kerr County be compensated on the fee baela for the year 1941
It ie therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed by theCOUrt that all Matriot, County end.
Precinct Offloers of Kerr County be compensated for their services during the year.l941, on
a earned fee basis, and until ottherwise determined by~this Court.

medicine under the laws of the State of Texas, and is in all reapeate: qualified to act ea
County Health Officer in and for Kerr County, Texea;. and-, said~Dr. John Dee Jackson be end Sa
therefore appointed by the Court as County Health OfPioer.of Sari County, for a period of
two years or until his auoaesaor is appointed and qualified, unlgsa sooner removed from
office for cause, and said Dr. Jeakeon,-upon qualifying sa required by law shall receive such

N0. 2346. ORDER FIXING SALARY OF THE COUNTY JUDGE.
This 13th day of January, 1941, it is ordered sad dearead by the. Court that the salary
of John S. Atkins as County Judge of Kerr County, Tazae, be and le hereby Pized at the
following amount for the nurrent pear, 1941, as follows:
Aa County Judge the sum of X1320.00 per annum. Said salary of X1320.00 ea such County
Judge be paid unto Judge Atkins by the County Clerk out of the Road and Hridga Fund in equal
monthly installments oP X110.00 each, payable on or after the last day of each calendar morfth
