APPROVAL OF BONDS AND ~UALIFICATZONS OF OFFICERS.
This the 13th day of January, A. D. 1941, came on to ba ezeminad by the Court the official
bonds of the following named oYfioera, eleotad for Ssrr County end its various preaindte,
at the November Election, 1940, and it appearing to the Court that eaoh and all of said bonds
are good and sufficient, and that each of said bonds should be approved by the Court.
Therefore, upon motion duly mad a, aeaonded end unanimously adopted, said boffin and each
of them be and are hereby approved by the Court, sad each of Bald offioars are hereby direct-
ed to take the property oath or oaths of office ea required by law, and all of said bonds

This 13th day of January, 1941, it is ordarad and decreed by the Court that the salary
of John S. Atkins as County Judgs of Kerr County, Tezea, be and la hereby Yized at the
following amount for the currant gear, 1941, as follows:
