APPROVAL OF BONDS AND QUALIFICATIONS OF OFFICERS.
This the 13th day of January, A. D. 1941, came on to be examined by the Court the official
bonds of the following named officers, elected for Karr County and its various preoindte,
at the November Election, 1940, end it appearing to the Court that eaoh and all of said bonds
are good and sufficient, and that each of said bode should be approved by the Court.
Therefore, upon motion duly made, eeoondad and unanimously adopted, said bonds and ea ah
of them be and are hereby approved by the Court, and eaoh of said officers are hereby direct-
ed to take the property oath or oaths of office as requlrod by law, and all of said bonds
shall ba recorded by the County Clark in the proper record of hie office, to-wit:

This 13th day of January, 1941, it is ordered and deareed by tho Court that the salary
of John S. Atkins as County Judge of Kerr County, Tezss, be sad is hereby fizad at the
following amount for the current year, 1941, ea follows:
qa County Judge the sum of ;1320.00 per annum. Said salary of $1320.00 as such County

Judge bs paid unto Judge,ptkins by the County Clerk out of the Roed an8 Bridge Fund in equal
monthly installments of $110.00 each, payable on or after the lest day of each calendar month
