On this 13th day of January, 1941, 1t is ordered by the Court that the annual salary of
the County Clerk of Kerr County be and Sa hereby fined at en aggregate sum of $1900.00 for the
current year, 1941, provided by the 1940-1941 budget, as follows:
$1550,00 per annum ae County Clerk, $250.00 Bar annum for keeping the finance ledger and
$100.00 per annum for Sndeaing.
Said salary shall be paid out of the General Fund in monthly ins tallmenta of $158.33 eaoh
payable on or after the la et day of each oale ndar month, beginning January 31st, 1941, with
proper warrants on the County Treasurer.
