H0. 2352. ORDER FIXING SALARIES OF COMMISSIONERS.
This 13th day of January, 1941, it is ordered and decreed by the Court that the
Lion of the Commissioners of $err County be and is hereby fixed by the Court for the currant
year, 1941, according to the 1940-1941 County Budget, as follows:
Each Commissioner shall receive ˘5.00 per day as per diem for each day served by him ae
e member of the Commissioners' Court to be paid out of the General Road and Bridge Fund, cad

each Commissioner shall further reaeive ~S,OQ,.~'or eamh da9 served in the inspection end
supervision of County Roads, same to be paid out of the Road and Bridge Fund of his respective
Precinct, provided however, that the total compensation or salary of each oomceisaioner shall
˘ot eaceed the following amounts agreefl upon, to-wits
Commissioner of Preoinot No. 1 the sum of ˘1y200.00 for year 1941,
Commiaeioner of Preoinot No. 2 the sum of ~ 700.00 for year 1941,
Commissioner of Precinct No. 3 the slue of ~ 700.00 for year 1941,
Commissioner of Pheoinet No. 4 the sum of X1,000.00 for year 1941

N0. 2353. RE-E1~LOYE~NT OF IRVIN PAR85 AS COIIRT HOUSE AND JAIL JANITOR.
This 13th day of January, A. D. 1941, it appearing to the Court that Irvin Parka has
rendered satisfactory service in the pa et sa Courthouse end Jail custodian for Kerr County,
whereupon, on motion made, seconded end unanimously adopted, said Irvin Parks be and is hereby
re-employed for the currant year, 1941, and his salary is hereby fixed by the Court at the
sum of X70.00 per month. And the County Clerk be and is hereby authorized and directed to
issue and deliver unto said Parks oa or after the 15th and last days of each month beginning
January 15th, 1941, a warrant on the County Treasurer against the General Fund for the sum of
X35.00 coveri~ hie semi-monthly salary.

N0. 2354. RE-EMPLOYB~NT OF MAYINE RUTLEDGE A3 CODNTY JIIDCE.'S ASSISTANT.
This 13th day of °anuary, A. D. 1941, it appearing to tho Court that Maxine Rutledge has
rendered satisfactory service in the pa et as the County Judge's Assistant Por Barr County,
whereupon, on motion made, seconded and unanimously adopted, said Maxine Rutledge be and fs
hereby re-employed for the current year, 1941, and her salary is hereby filed by the Court at
the sum of X50.00 per month. qnd the Counts Clerk be and Se hereby authorized aafl.directed to
issue and deliver unto said Mies Rutledge on or after the ,last day of each calendar month
beginning January 31st, 1941, a warrant on the County Treasurer against the General Fund for
the sum of $50.00 covering her monthly .salary.

N0.~2355. DEPUTY ALLOWANCE TO SHERIFF A. F. MOORE FOR DEPUTY PAT WAIN.
This 13th day of January, A. D. 1941, came on to be oaasidered by'the Court the matter
of an ellowanee to SheriSP A. F. Moore Por hie offlae deputy, and it appearing to the. Court th
the Sheriff la entitled to a deputy allowance auffiaiant to pay his office deputy, during the
current year, 1941.
Said ~erlff la therefore granted an ellowanae of $800.00 per an˘um out of the General
Fund for the purpose of hiring an office deputy, as provided by the 1945 County Budget., and
same shall be paid by the County Treasurer direct to Deputy Pat Washburn or his successor in
equal monthly installments of X50.00 each out of the General Fund, upon proper warrants Ilan
by the County Clerk, on or after the lest day of cash month beginning January 31 at, 1941.
