This 13th day of January, 1941, it is ordered end decreed by the Court that the aompenea-
tlon of the Commissioners of Re.rr County be and is hereby fixed by the Court for the our rent
year, 1941, according to the 1940-1941 County Budget, as follows:
Each Commissioner shall receive X5.00 per day as per diem for eaoh day served by him ea
a member of the Commissioners' Court to be paid out of the Cenerel Roed and Bridge Fund, and
each Commissioner shall Further receive ~5.00.~'or~aeah day served in the inapaation end
supervision of County Roads, same to be paid out of the Road anfl Bridge Fund oP his respective
Precinot, provided however, that the total compensation or salary of each commissioner shall
not ezceed the following amounts agreed upon, to-wit:
Commissioner of Preeinnt No. 1 the sum of ˘1,200.00 for year 1941,
Commissioner of Praoinot No. 2 the sum of ~ 700.00 for year 1941,
Commissioner of Preainot No. 3 the gulp of $ 700..00 for year 1941,
Commissioner of Praoinct No. 4 the earn of ~1,D00.00 for year 1941

This 13th day oP January, A. D. 1941, it appearing to the Court that Irvin Parka hea
.rendered satisfaatory service in the pa et as Courthouse end Jail custodian for Rerr County,
whereupon, on motion made, seconded and unanimously adopted, said Irvin Parka be and is hereby
re-employed for the current year, 1941, and his salary is hereby fixed by the Court at the
sum of X70,00 per month. And the County Clerk be and ie hereby authorized and direated to
issue and deliver unto said Parka on or after the 15th and last days of each month beginning
Tanuary 15th, 1941, a warrant on the County Treasurer against the General Fund Por the sum of
X35.00 coveri~ his semi-monthly aelary.

This 13th day of °anuary, A. D. 1941, it appearing to the Court that Maxine Rutledge hea
rendered satisfactory servioe in the past es the County Judge's Assistant for Bsrr County,
whereupon, on motion made, seconded and unanimously adopted, said MaziAe Rutloflge be and is
hereby re-employed for the current year, 1941, and her salary la hereby fixed by the Court at
the sum oP 50.00 per month. And the County Clerk be eAd is hereby authorized and. directed to
issue and deliver unto said pBi.ee Rutledge on or after the ,last day of eaoh oalendar month
beginning January 31st, 1941, a warrant on the County Treasurer against the Genarel Fund for
the sum of #50.00 covering her monthly salary.

the Sheriff is entitled to a deputy allowanaa auffioiant to pay his office deputy, during the
currant year, 1941.
Se 1d Sheriff Se therefore granted an ellowanae of $800.00 par annum out oP the General
Fund for the purpose of hiring an offioe deputy, as provided- by the 1945 county Budget, end
same shall be paid by the County Treasurer direot to Deputy Pat Washburn or his auacessor in
equal monthly installments of !50.00 eaoh out of the General Fund, upon proper warrants Sas ued
by the County Clerk, on or after the last day of eaoh month beginning January 31 et, 1941.
