ORDER FIXING SALARIES OF COMMISSIONERS. _ S38 This 13th day of January, 1941, it is ordered and decreed by the Court that the compensa- tion of the Commissioners of Barr County be and is hereby Pized by the Court for the current year, 1941, according to the 1840-1941 County Budget, ea follows: Each Commissioner shall receive $5.00 per day as per diem for each day served by him as a member of the Commissioners' Court to be paid out of the General Road and Bridge Fund, end each Cogimissioner shall further receive $800,;~'or~each day served in the Snepection end supervision of County Roads, same to be paid out of the Road and Bridge Fund of his respective Preoinat, provided however, that the total compensation or salary of each commissioner shall not ezceed the following amounts agreed-upon, to-wits - Commisaioner of Preoinat No. 1 the sum of $1:,200.00 for yeas 1941, Cammiaeioner of Preoinat No. 2 the sum of $ 700.00 for year 1941, Commlasivner of Preolaat No. 3 the muu of $ 700.00 for year 1941, Commissioner of Plea inat No. 4 the aim of $1,000.00 foryear 1941, o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-odo-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 2353. RE-EldPLOYMENT OF IRVIN PARRS AS COURT HOUSE AND JAIL JANITOR. This 13th day of January, A, D. 1941, it appearing to the Court .that Irvin Parka has rendered satisfactory service in the peat as Courthouse and Jail custodian for Kerr County, whereupon, on motion made, seconded and unanimously adopted, said Irvin Parka be and Sa hereby re-employed Pot the current year, 1941, and his salary ie hereby iizad by the Court a't the sum of $70.00 per month. Moore for his office deputy, end it appearing to the. Court th t the Sheriff la entitled to a deputy allowance sufficient to pay his office deputy, during the current year, 1941.
