R0. 2352. ORDER FIXING SALARIES OF COMMISSIONERS. _ S38
This 13th day of January, 1941, it is ordered and decreed by the Court that the compensa-
tion of the Commissioners of Barr County be and is hereby Pized by the Court for the current
year, 1941, according to the 1840-1941 County Budget, ea follows:
Each Commissioner shall receive $5.00 per day as per diem for each day served by him as
a member of the Commissioners' Court to be paid out of the General Road and Bridge Fund, end
each Cogimissioner shall further receive $800,;~'or~each day served in the Snepection end
supervision of County Roads, same to be paid out of the Road and Bridge Fund of his respective
Preoinat, provided however, that the total compensation or salary of each commissioner shall
not ezceed the following amounts agreed-upon, to-wits -
Commisaioner of Preoinat No. 1 the sum of $1:,200.00 for yeas 1941,
Cammiaeioner of Preoinat No. 2 the sum of $ 700.00 for year 1941,
Commlasivner of Preolaat No. 3 the muu of $ 700.00 for year 1941,
Commissioner of Plea inat No. 4 the aim of $1,000.00 foryear 1941,

N0. 2353. RE-EldPLOYMENT OF IRVIN PARRS AS COURT HOUSE AND JAIL JANITOR.
This 13th day of January, A, D. 1941, it appearing to the Court .that Irvin Parka has
rendered satisfactory service in the peat as Courthouse and Jail custodian for Kerr County,
whereupon, on motion made, seconded and unanimously adopted, said Irvin Parka be and Sa hereby
re-employed Pot the current year, 1941, and his salary ie hereby iizad by the Court a't the
sum of $70.00 per month. And the County Clerk be and is hereby authorized end directed to
issue and deliver unto said Parks on or after the 15th and last days of each month beginning
January 15th, 1941, a warrant on the County Treasurer against the General Fund Por the sum of
$35.00 covering his semi-monthly salary.

INO. 2354. RE-EMPLOYMENT OF MAYINE RUTLJ:DGE AS COUNTY JUDfHC'S ASSISTANT.
This 13th day of °enuary, A. D. 1941, it appearing to the Court that Maxine Rutledge has
rendered satisfactory service in tho peat as the County Judge's Asaiata~ Por 8err County,
whereupon, on motion made, seconded and unanimously adopted, 9eid Maxine Rutledge be and is
hereby ra-employed for the current year, 1941, end her salary is hereby fixed by the Court at
the sum of X50.00 per month. And the Counts Clerk be and is hereby authorized and. directed to
issue end deliver unto said Mice Rutledge on or after the last daq of ea oh calendar month
beginning January 31st, 1941, a warrant on Lhe County Treasurer against the General Fund for
the sum o1 $50.00 covering her monthly salary.

N0. 2355. DEPUTY ALLOWANCE TO SHERIFF A. F. MOORE FOR DEPUTY PAT WpffiYDRN.
This 13th day of January, A. D. 1942, came on to be considered by the Court the matter
of an ellowaa6e to Sheriff A. F. Moore for his office deputy, end it appearing to the. Court th t
the Sheriff la entitled to a deputy allowance sufficient to pay his office deputy, during the
current year, 1941.
Said Sheriff la therefore granted an allowance of $600.00 per annum out oP the General
Fund for the purpose of hiring an office deputy, ae provided by the 1.94tt Connty Budget, and
same shall be paid by the Gounty Treasurer direct to Deputy Pat Washburn or his successor in
equal monthly installments of $b0.00 enah out of t~ General Fund, upon proper warrants issued
by the County Clerk, on or after the last day of each month beginning January 31 at, 1941.
