of an additional allowance to Sheriff A. F. Moore for deputy hire in Commisalonera' Preoinot
No. 4 of Kerr County, and it appearing to the Court that the Sheriff Sa entitled to euoh
additional deputy allowance for the purpose of hiring a deputy in said Preoinot No. 4.
Therefore Sheriff A. F. Moore be and Se hereby granted en additional ellowanne of $360.
per annual for the current ye er, 1941, ae prov Sded by the 1940-1941 County Budget, out of the
GenaraLuBund, for the purpose of hiring an active deputy in said Pr ea snot No. 4, and same
shall be~paid by the County Treasurer direct to Deputy C. A. Rodgers or hie auaaesaor in equ
monthly installments of $30.00 each, upon proper warrants issued bq the County Clerk, on or
after the last day of each month beginning January 31st, 1941.
