Know all men by these presents, That, Whereas, on the 13th day of January, p. D. 1941,
the Commissioners Court oP Kerr County, Texas, passed end approved the Po llowing order;
On this the 13th daq of January, A. D. 1941, et a regular term and session of the
Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas, came on to be considered the eyplication of Kelly
Conatruo ti on Company of San Antonio, Tezas, for a franchise, right and right of way Łor a
natural gaa pipe line between the following points in the County of Kerr, to-wit: County~lin
at Comfort, Tezas, end the Clty Limits of the City of %errville, %err County, Teaas, and the
court having aonaidered such application, vdiich was filed herein on the 13th day of January,
A. D. 1941, end is here referred to and made a part hereof and having determined that the
construction and operation of such pipe line will be to the advantage oP the public and will
accrue to the benefit of the citizens oP Kerr County, and that such appliaation should be
granted, it is accordingly ordered by the Court:
1. That the County of %err do, and it does hereby, grant to. the avid Kelly Construction
Company, his hairs, asaigna, and legal representatives, ell and either oP them, a franchise,
right, and right oP way, at all times during a period of twenty-five years Prom the date of
