COUNTY OF KERB. 1 January 13th, 1941.
Know all men by these presents, That, Whereas, on the 13th day of January, A. D. 1941,
the Commiesionera Court of Karr County, Texas, passed end approved the following order:
On this the 13th day of January, A. D. 1941, at a regular term and session of the
Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas, came on to be considered the elpplieation of Kelly
Con atr uo ti on Company of San Antonlo, Texas, Por a franchise, right and right of way for e
natural gas pipe line between the following points in the County of Serr, to-wit: County ,11n
at Comfort, Texas, and the City Limits of the City of Kerrville, Kerr County, Texas, and the
court having considered such application, vdiich was Lilsd herein on the 13th day of January,
A. D. 1941, and is here referred to and made a part hereof and having determined that the
construction end operation oP such pipe line will ba to the advantage of the pnblio and will
aaarue to the benefit oP the citizens oP Kerr County, find that'suoh application should be
granted, it is accordingly ordered by the Court:
1. That the County of Karr do, and it does hereby, grant to. the said Kelly Construction
Company, his ha ire, assigns, and legal repro sentativea, ell and either of them, a franchise,
right, end right of way, at all times during a period of twenty-five gears from the date oT
this order, to construct, malntain, and operate, as well se to do everything proper or necess
ry to the construction, maintenance, or operatlon of a natural gas pipe line between the here
1n described points in Karr County, Texas, along, upon, under, sad across the streets, roads,
and highways in said County and over, along, under, and across the streets, roads, alleys and
public places in a§ch of the unincorporated citlea, towns, and villages in said County, to-
wit: Center Point and Legion, Tezas.
2. Ae a condition for the granting of this franchise, right, and right of way, Grantee,!
