Know all men by these presents, That, Whereas, on the 13th day of January, p. D. 1941,
the Commissioners Court of Kerr County, Texas, pas aed end apF roved the following order:
On this the 13th day of January, A. D. 1941, at a regular term and aesaion of the
Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas, came on to be oonaiderad the epplieation of Kelly
Con atr un ti on Company of Saa Antonio, Tezas, for a lranoh ice, right and right of way Por a
natural gas pipe line between the following points in the County of Kerr, to-wit: County 11
at Comfort, Tezas, end the City Limits o; the City of Kerrville, $err County, Teas s, and the

A. D. 1941, and is here referred to and made a part hereof end having determined that the
oonatruction and operation of such pipe line will be to the advantage of the public and will

1. That the County of Kerr do, and it does hereby, grant to. the ea id Kelly Construction

right, and right of way, at all times during a period of twenty-five years from the date of
