Sheriff of Kerr County, Taxae, for authority to appoint two deputise for his general work, at
a proposed salary not to exceed X980.00 in the aggregate, and it appearing to the Court that

County, Tezas, in Regular Session on this the 13th day of Tanuary, 1941, that the State High-
way Department will order a location madaon Highway No. 16, from end of SP 291-3-3 (South of
Kerrville - end of pavement) to Bandern County Lina provided. Karr County, through its
Commiaeioaers' Court, agrees and obligates itself before looation da made to fulfill the
Pdllowing requirements, on location approved by the State Highway Department, without coat to
the State; (1) provide olear title to all required right-of-way, including standing timber,
with title in the name of the State oP Tezea; (2) remove all obatructione end enoroeohmenta

IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED THAT Kerr County, actingherein by and through its
