way Department will order n location made on Highway No. 18, from end of SP 291-3-3 (South of
Aerrville - end of pav®ment) to~Bandera County Line provided Karr County, through its
Commisaioaere' Court, agrees end obligates' itself before location is made to fulfill the
idllowing requirements, on location approved by Lho State Highway Department, without cost to
the State; (1) provide clear title to all required right-oY-way, including standing timber,
with titlo in the name of the State of Te xea; (2) remove all ob etructione and enaroachmenta
ezoept standing timber; and (3) do the fencing. 'a'
IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED THAT Kerr County, acting herein by and through its + ~.
Commis sionera' Court, agrees and obligates itae if before location is made to fulfill the
