This 10th day of February, A. D. 1941, came on to be heard the application of Demetro
Balderas for a monthly allowance for the pur poe• of buying neosaeltiee of life, in the sum of
X3.00 per month, and said application having been heard by the Court, the Court is of the
oplnian Lhat same should be granted. It 1a therefore ordered by the Court that the County
Clerk shall issue voucher drawn on the County Treasurer for the sum of X3.00 to be paid out of
the General Fund sa monthly,allowanoe for said Demetro Balderea, the first of said vouchers
to be issued on this 10th day of Februe~}y, 1941,`and on the let day of each and averq month
thereafter, until the further order of the Court.
