On th Se the 10th day of February, A. D. 1941, came on to be eaamined end audited by the
Court the report of Bob Bennett, Justice of the Peace of Precinct No. 1 of Kerr County, Tezas,
for the month of January, 1941, of Criminal Feea filed, fines, judgment and fury fees
colleated showing the sum of =51.05 colleoted and deposited with the County Treasurer,
entitling him to, according to said report, a fee of =39.00, sad St appearing to the Court
that said report is correct, same be and is hereby approved, and the County Clerk end County
Treasurer are therefore authorized and directed to pay unto Juetioe Bennett the said sum of
$39.00 as follows: $7.80 out of Road and Bridge Fund, end x31.20 out oP the General Fuhd.
