five bids submitted to the Court for a ooihplete County Audit covering the period from July
1st, 1938 Lo December 31st, 1940, sa follows;

audit and report including aacounta of common school districts, $640.00
2. Fred E. Pflughaupt end Company, Alamo National Building, San Antonio, Tezea,
price of complete audit and report including aooounta of common aohool dletriats, $887.50
3. T. N. Tucker Company, National Bank of Commerce Building, San Antonio,
Texas, $25.00 per day for senior accountants and $15.00 per day Yor Junior accountants, for
complete audit and report inoluding aocoynta of common aohool districts.
4. Spear-Reiley & Company, Mi1am Building, San Antonio, Tessa, #25.00 per day gor
senior socountanta and $15.00 per day for junior accounts, for complete audit and report in-

And it appearing to the Court that the bid of Howard-Pope and Company sa aforesaid, ie
the lowest and beat bid of ferod, same be and is hereby unanimously aooepted by the Court, end
the Coatreat for said audit is hereby awarded to said Howard-Pope and Company, and same to
be paid for in oeah upon oompletion of audit and acaeptanoe by the Court of report thereof,
