five bids submitted to the Court for a oo~hplete County Audit covering the period from Tuly
1st, 1938 to December 31st, 1940, ae follows:

audit and report including aacounte of common school diatriots, #640.00
2. Fred E. Pflughaupt and Company, Alamo National Hullding, San Antonio, Teaas,
price of complete audit and report including accounts of common aohool diatriots, #687.50
3. T. N. Tucker Company, National Bank of Commeroo Building, Ssa Antonio,
Texas, X25.00 per day for senior accountants and $15.00 per day for junior accountants, for
complete audit and report including accounts of common aohool diatriots.
4. Spear-Reiley & Company, MilamBuilding, San Antonlo, Teaes,25.00 per day for

And it appearing to the Court that the bld of Howard-Pope and Company ea aforesaid, is
the lows at and beat bid offered, same be and is hereby unanimously anoepted by the Court, and
the Contract for said audit is hereby awarded to Bald Howard-pope and Company, and same to
be paid for in sash upon completion of audit and acaoptanoe by the Court of report thereof,
in oompl ience with the terms and nond itiona net out in the bid of said wude'e eaful bidder.
