depository may be agreed upon betwesa Commissio nere~ Court and Depository is to be eliminated,
and it appearing to the Court that Chas. Schreiner Bank is the Bank chosen in Kerr County,
Texas, for said Depository, it is therefore ordered by the Court that same be end is hereby
chosen and accepted by the Court and that said Bank is awarded the County De poeltory for sll
County, School and Trust Funds of Lhe County for the next two years at no interest on daily
balances girl that all unneee asary bookkeeping now e's being rendered by the depository may be
agreed upon between Commissioners' Court and Depository is to be eliminated, and said Bau1F; is
hereby directed to make good and sufficient bonds as deapository of each of Bald funds in the
,proper form preacrlb ed by law and submit same to this Court for approval, vdi ich bonds be end
