County, Texas, at a regular term oP said Court, ell members thereof being pre ae at, passed the
following order by the unanimous vote of said Court:
WHEREAS, the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas, deems it advisable to call an
election for the purpose oP submitting the propoait ion hereinafter set out; THEREFORE
BE IT ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas:
That an eleotion be held within Kerr County, Texas, on the 5th day oY April, 1941, Por
the purpose o£ auDmitting the following propo eitioa to the qual i£ied taxpaying voters oP said
County, for their action thereupon:
PROPOSITION.
Shall the Commissio nera' Court oP Kerr County, Texas, be authorized to issue bonds of
said County in the amount of ,20,000, bearing interest at the rate of 3;B par annum, maturing
serially in annual installments to be designated by the Commissioners' Court, the last in-
stallment to mature not later than ten years Yrom date oP said bonds, Yor the purpose oP pur-
chasing, improving and equipping land for an Air port in and for said County; and to levy a
sufficient tax to pay the inter eat on said bonds and the principal thereof at maturity.
That said election shall be held under the provisions of the laws oP the State oP Texas,
and all persona who are qualified voters, who reside in Kerr County and own taxable property
within said County, and who have duly reiMered the same for taxation, shall be entitled to
vote et said election.
All voters desiring to support said proposition shall have written or printed on their
