SCHOOL DISTRICT.
This lOthday of Maroh, A. D. 1941, came on to be opened and tabulated the returns of
the Consolidation Election held in Com~~:on School District No. 19 of Kerr County, Taxes, on
February 17th, 1941, on the question of whether or not to consolidate with the Harper Inde-
pendent School District „whioh returns were duly counted and tabulated by the Court as shown
on Pege 35, Vol. No. 3, of Record of Election Returns of Kerr County, Texas, the result of
said election having been found by the Court to be oor;act, and is hereby declared to have
carried 29 to 19 in favor oP said Consolidation.

THE STATE OF TEXAS, 0
COUNTY OF KERB. ~ On this the 10th day of March, 1941, the Commissioners` Court oP Kerr
County, Texas, at a regular term of said Court, ell members thereof being preae nt, passed the
following order by the unanimous vote of said Court:
WHEREAS, the Commissioners` Court oP Rerr County, Texas, deems it advisable to call an
election Por the purpose of aubmitt ing the proposition hereinafter set out; TH°REFORE
HE IT ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Commissioners` Court of Kerr County, Texas:
That an election be held within Kerr County, Texas, on the 5th day of April, 1941, Por
the purpose of submitting the following propo eition to the qualified taxpaying voters oP said
County, for their action thereupon:
PROPOSITION.
Shall the Commissioners' Court oP Kerr County, Texas, be authorized to issue bonds of
said County in the amount of $20,000, bearing interest at the rate oP 3~ par annum, maturing
serially in annual installments to be designated by the Commissioners' Court, the last in-
stallment to mature not later than ten years Yr om date oP said bonds, for the purpose oP pur-
chasing, improving and equipping land for an Air port in and for said County; end to levy a
auf ficient tax to pay the interest on said bonds and the principal thereof at maturity.
That said eleot ion shall be held under the pro viaiona of the laws of the State of Texas,
and ell persona who are qualified voters, who reside in Kerr County and own taxable property
within said County, and who have @uly rendered the same Por taxation, shall be entitled to
vote at said election.
All voters desiring to support said proposition shall have written or printed on their
ballots:
^FOR THE ISSUANCE OF AIR FORT BONDS AND THE LEVYING OF THE TAX IN PAYMENT THEREOF."
