February 17th, 1941, on the question of whether or not to consolidate with the Harper Inde-
pendent 5chonl District „ whioh returns were duly counted and tabulated by the Court as shown

said election having been found by the Court to be corredt, and is hereby declared to have
carried 29 to 19 in favor of said Consolidation.

COUNTY OF KERR. ~ On this the 10th day of March, 1941, the Commissioners' Court of Kerr
County, Texas, at a regular term of said Court, all members theraoP being present, passed the
following order by the unanimous vote of said Court:
WHEREAS, the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas, deems it advisable to call an
election for the purpose aŁ submitting the proposition he re inaŁter set out; THEFD;FORE
BE IT ORDERED, ADSUDGED AND DECREED by the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas:
That an election be held within Kerr County, Texas, on the 5th day of April, 1941, Por
the purpose oŁ submitting the following proposition to the qualified taxpaying voters oP said
County, for their action thereupon:
PROPOSITION.
Shall the Commissioners' Court oŁ Kerr County, Ta xas, be authorized to issue bonds of
said County Sn the amount oP ,20,000, bearing interest at the rate oP 3,4 per annum, maturing
serially in annual installments to be designated by the Commissioners' Court, the last in-
stallment to mature not later than ten yoana from date of sa ld bonds, Łor the purpose of pur-
chasing, improving end equipping land for an Air port in and for said County; end to levy a
auPficient tax to pay the interest on said bonds and the principal thereof at maturity.
That said election eha11 be held under the provisions of the laws oŁ the State of Texas,
end ell persons who are qualified vo tare, who reside in Kerr County and own taxable property
within said County, and who have @uly rendered the same for taxation, shall be entitled to
vote at said election.
All voters desiring to support said proposition shall have written or printed on their
ballots:
