Texas, being in regular session, all members oP said Court being present, the Poll owing Reso-
lution was passed by the unanimous vote of said Court;
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSIONERS' COURT OF RERR COUNTY, TEXAS, that the proposal of
Ranson-Davidson Company, oP San Antonio, Texas, to act as Fiscal Agent in the sale of $20,000
Air Port Honda of said County, be and the same is hereby aooepted.
Said Proposal and the acceptance thereof, are as follows:

With reference to the proposed issuance of approximately $20,000 KERR COUNTY AIR-
PORT BONDS maturing serially Sn not to exceed ten years from date, bearing interest at the re
of 3'8 per annum, we hereby agree to Pind a purchaser Por said bonds at par and accrued inters
plus a cash premium.
For acting as Pascal agent for your County and Por servioes rendered you are to pay us a
fee equal to an amount oP the cash premium received by the County.

Texas, being in regular session, all members of said Court being present, the Following Reso-
lution was passed by the unanimous vote oP se id Court:
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSIONERS' COURT OF KERR COUNTY, TEXAS, that the proposal oY
Terrell, Davis, Hall & Clemens, oP San Antonio, Texas, to act as legal agents Por all legal
services and advice in connection with the issuance of .A~FORT BONDS FOR XERR COUNTY, the
approving opinion, Purnishix~ of printed' bonds, and all serviaes necessary in presenting
the record to the Attorney General Por approval and having the bonds registered by the State
Comptroller, however, in the event the election Por said bonds fails to carry, the County wi
not be obligated to pay a fee, and es id Pirm of Terrell, Davis, Hall & Clemens will make no
charge for the preparation oP election proceedings. But iP said elatltion carries that Kerr
County will pay the amount of one per cent oP the amount oP bonds issued.
ACCEPTED this the 10th day oP March, 1941, and by resolution oP the Commissioners' Court
the Pirm of Terrell, Davis, Hall & Clemens is employed to perform the services and upon the
