N0. 2388. RESOLUTION EMPLOYING THE RANSON-DAVIDSON COMPANY AS FISCAL AGENTS.
THE STATE OF TEXAS, Q
COUNTY OF KERB. 1 On this the 10th day of March, the Commissioners' Court of Rerr County,
Texas, being 1n regular session, all members of said Court being present, the following Reao-
lution was passed by the unanimous vote oP said Court:
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSIONERS` COURT OF KERR COUNTY, TEXAS, that the proposal of
Ranson-Davidson Company, of San Antonio, Texas, to act as Fisael Agent in the sale of $20,000
Air Port Bonds of said County, be and the same is hereby acoepted.
Said Proposal and the acceptance thereof, are ea follows:

Kerr County,
Kerrville, Texas.
Gentlemen:
With reference to the proposed issuance of approximately X20 ,000 KERR COUNTY AIR-
PORT BONDS maturing serially in not to exceed ten years £rom. date, bearing interest at the rat
of 396 per annum, we hereby agras to find a purchaser Por said bonds at par and accrued interes ,
plus a cash premium.
For acting as fiscal agent for your County and for servioes rendered you are to pay us a
fee equal to an amount of the cash premium received by the County.

N0. 2389. RESOLUTION OF EMPLOYMENT OF TERRELL, DAVIS, HALL & CLEMENS.
THE STATE OF TEXAS,
COUNTY OF KERB. 0 On this the 10th day of March, the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County,
Texas, being in regular session, all members of said Court being present, the following Reso-
lution was passed by the unanimous vote of said Court:
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSIONERS' COURT OF K_°.RR COUNTY, TEXAS, that the proposal of
Terrell, Davis, Hall & Clemens, of San Antonio, Texas, to act as legal agents for all legal
services and advice in connection with the issuance of ,ASHFORT BONDS FOR KERR COUNTY, the
approving opinion, furnishing oY printed*bonds, and all services necessary in presenting
the record to the Attorney General for approval and having the bonds registered by the State
Comptroller, however, in the event the election for said bonds Pails to carry, the County wil:
not be obligated to pay a fee, and Bald firm of Terrell, Davis, Hall & Clemens will make no
charge for the preparation of election proceedings. -ut iY said election carries that Kerr
County will pay the amount oY one per cent of the amount oP bonds issued.
