Court the report oP Bob Bennett, Justice oP the Peace oP Precinct No. 1 oP Kerr County, Texas
Por the month oP February, 1941, of Criminal Feea filed, Pines, judgment and jury fees
collected showing the sum of $196.75 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer,
entitling him to, according to said report, a Pee oP $42.00, and it appearing to the Court
that said report is correct, same be end is hereby approved, and the County Clerk end County
Treasurer are therefore authorized and directed to pay unto Justice Bennett the said sum of
$42.00 as follows: $7.65 out of Road and Bridge Fund and $34.35 out oP the General Fund.
