On this the 10th day oP March, A. D. 1941, came on to be examined aui audited by the
Court the report of Bob Bennett, Justice of the Peace oP Precinct No. 1 of Kerr County, Texas
for the month oP February, 1941, of Criminal Fees filed, fines, judgment and jury fees
collected showing the sum of X196.75 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer,
entitling him to, according to said report, a fee of X42.00, and it appearing to the Court
that said report is correct, same be and is hereby approved, and the County Clerk end County
Treasurer are therefore authorized and directed to pay unto Justice Bennett the said sum of
X42.00 as follows: $7.65 out of Road and Bridge Fund and $34.35 out of the General Fund.
